Cementing our reputation as specialists in the healthcare environment even in these challenging times, Parr Facilities Management Limited has announced the confirmation of a Maintenance Agreement with one of Salford’s largest medical practices, Newbury Place Health Centre.
With over 20,000 registered patients at this thriving multi-practice NHS site, Parr FM’s expertise in the health and care sectors will enable the practices to maintain smooth operating procedures whilst they continue to support the needs of their large and diverse facility with all works carried out in compliance with legislation regarding safe working practices and also in line with the constantly evolving requirements caused by the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
Speaking on behalf of Parr Facilities Management Limited, Ivan Morley, Facilities Management Director, said, “Parr Facilities Management’s extensive experience supporting clients in the private and NHS health and care sectors including hospitals, practices and care homes in the North West of England has made us well-equipped to respond to the diverse needs of clients like Newbury Place. Winning the contract with the team at Newbury Place Health Centre has reinforced our reputation of delivering excellence in this sector.”
Commenting on the newly-forged partnership with Parr FM, Rabbi Goldberg, who oversees the operation of Newbury Place Health Centre, said, “We are conscious that the unique challenges and requirements of a health centre – especially in the current climate – require experienced specialist support, and we are delighted to put this maintenance agreement in place with Parr Facilities Management. The team’s vast experience within the sector makes them well-positioned to support our operations as we continue to deliver a high level of medical care for our patients.”
Discussing the unique challenges presented to facilities management teams during the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak Ivan added, “We are working with providers to help formulate procedures that are tailored to their unique needs, operating with the mindset that the number one priority is patient and resident safety whilst we work to ensure that the buildings in which these organisations operate remain safe and comfortable working, treatment and living spaces.”
In addition to our growing facilities management portfolio of health and care centres, we have also acted as the main contractor in the building of a number of new health centres in the Republic of Ireland.
