Parr FM Ltd’s Healthcare FM team excels during challenging times for healthcare sector

July 10, 2020

Specialists in healthcare facilities management for over 3 years, Parr FM Limited’s collaborative client approach has continuously differentiated our team’s approach from other FM contractors across the UK and Ireland. Utilising our experience, we assist in the mobilisation of maintenance regimes, constantly advising our clients and offering added-value insight to improve protocol and enhance efficacy.

Parr FM’s flexible team offers full reactive and planned maintenance services for healthcare providers based across the UK and Ireland. Partnering with over 600 dental care providers including BUPA and Colosseum Dental locations across England and Northern Ireland and Smiles Dental in the Republic of Ireland, our team is highly knowledgeable of the specialised needs of our oral care clients. In addition to dentistry, our Healthcare FM portfolio also includes care homes across Scotland and Bolton Council, Liverpool Women’s Hospital, Newbury Place Health Centre in Salford, Bridges Family Practice in Belfast, and others. Additionally, our team works closely with BOC Gases in Northern Ireland to deliver support at key medical sites.

Providing mainly ‘hard FM’ services, including all aspects of electrical, mechanical and fabric, we have recently added garden maintenance to our services offered to allow our clients to consolidate suppliers as part of Covid-19 management plans, positioning us as the key point of contact for facilities support at sites including care homes.

Acknowledging the importance of having thorough strategies in place for our clients to continue to contain the threat of Covid-19, Parr FM’s team has contributed and assisted in the formulation of maintenance regimes that ensure infection risks are fully minimised, providing our clients – and their patients – with peace of mind during this constantly-evolving public health challenge.
